Greg, thanks for the inspiration!
I collected baseball cards from the late '80s through 2002. Then I went to college and when I came out, I was lost. There were too many brands, sets, choices, relics, autos, parallels, variations. It was a turn off. However, I slowly made my way back. So here is my attempt to venture back into the hobby. I'll buy a few packs of cards here and there, comment on some cards I have, send out some TTMs, and follow the progress of my Topps Yankees Project.

My first vintage Hank Aaron card
I stole the title of this post from Greg at Plascke, Thy Sweater Is Argyle, as he made a post in February about a vintage Hank Aaron card he picked up. Greg said everyone should own one, and I agree. While I couldn't fork over the dollars for a nice base card, I was able to pick up this card on the cheap:
It's a cool card from 1972 Topps that also features Mr. Torre and Willie Stargell. I'd love a card of just Aaron, but for now, this will do.
Greg, thanks for the inspiration!

Congrats on the pickup, and welcome to the club! Glad I could inspire you haha.
