...here are the only two hockey cards I own, despite being a pretty big NY Rangers fan. Just never really got into collecting hockey.
The first card I own is this Steve Yzerman RC. I actually traded a kid for it when I was like 10 years old. Funny story - that kid will be becoming my brother-in-law this September. I won't be giving this card back.
The second is actually a baseball card of hockey player. I picked it up at a card show when I was in middle school because I was always fond of it.
I'll be rooting for Vancouver, as I can't stand to see Boston have success in any sport.
I collected baseball cards from the late '80s through 2002. Then I went to college and when I came out, I was lost. There were too many brands, sets, choices, relics, autos, parallels, variations. It was a turn off. However, I slowly made my way back. So here is my attempt to venture back into the hobby. I'll buy a few packs of cards here and there, comment on some cards I have, send out some TTMs, and follow the progress of my Topps Yankees Project.
