Ok, for those of you on Instagram, follow Topps. Seriously. This past week, they've showed two awesome pictures. They might have posted these both on Twitter, but it's a bit easier to miss a Tweet than an Instagram post.
The first? This trade wall at their headquarters. Pretty sweet idea. You take a card you want/need, replace it with another.

Lastly, holy F, look at this card. Damn. It looks awesome. I'm not sure if it's die cut (that corner could be tricky...like Topps Laser), but props for stepping outside the box regardless. It looks bad ass.

Ok, back to your regularly scheduled shitting on Topps.
thanks!
ReplyDeletehowever the hotlink to the trade wall apparently just broke. the pic was in the blogroll … but now is a blue question mark.
I figured out how to work around such problems on my blog. First, download the picture from the source location to your own computer. (Left Click perhaps?). Then in Blogger, upload it from your computer, as you would for a card you scanned / photographed yourself. Then the pic is there permanently.
but while looking for the picture on my own, I stumbled across this:

Love that wall! I might just do something like that in the new house we're moving to this summer!
ReplyDeleteKudos to Topps for their trade wall. That's a cool idea.
