TTM Success: Dustin Fowler

I’m on a decent little TTM run. That’s what happens when you actually send out requests. I’ve stalled at sending out requests lately because I don’t have any envelopes and haven’t had time to go pick any up. I’m also moving next month, so don’t want too many envelopes out there even though the USPS should forward them when I officially change my address.

The latest success comes from Dustin Fowler of the Trenton Thunder. Fowler (who I always called “Dexter” for obvious reasons) is a solid OF prospect in the Yanks system, pretty much a consensus Top 10 guy on any team prospect list you'll find. He flies under the radar a bit, but is a very intriguing guy. He was drafted by the Yankees in the 13th round of the 2013 Draft, and has steadily climbed the organizational ladder. This season, he’s hitting .284/.319/.413 in AA ball as a 21-year-old. Not bad at all.

I’m very happy to add this to my collection, and I think we’ll be seeing him in the Bronx in the near future, likely sometime in 2017.
