I tell ya, it's getting harder and harder to find Ty Hensley cards I need. Pretty much by now it's all plates and low-numbered parallels. Every couple of weeks, my saved eBay search does yield something I don't have. Here is the latest specimen:
It's from 2012 Leaf Draft Memories. It's apparently the silver version and is #'d to 25. It's a fine card, I suppose. Most of my Hensley autos are non-sticker, so it definitely doesn't rise to my list of favorites. Still, I needed it, and got a good deal.
Tune in tomorrow when I show a few more Hensley autos and a special note.
I collected baseball cards from the late '80s through 2002. Then I went to college and when I came out, I was lost. There were too many brands, sets, choices, relics, autos, parallels, variations. It was a turn off. However, I slowly made my way back. So here is my attempt to venture back into the hobby. I'll buy a few packs of cards here and there, comment on some cards I have, send out some TTMs, and follow the progress of my Topps Yankees Project.
